While I have been having a blast spray painting journals, there are times (gasp) when I can't get outside to work. Sooo..... I get distracted easily. And I've been wanting to bind up something.
I do LOVE to stitch. Soooo....
Diana Trout has an on-line workshop called Longstitch, 2 ways. I've taken an on-line class from her before, and I like how clear her instructions are. Also her projects make me think about more and more options and possiblities.
I don't NEED to take a class. It's just that, I looked at the supply list...
And I had EVERYTHING already. Including several sheets of paper to choose from (since I accidently double ordered some paper last time- oops).
And I'd already made papercloth and hadn't used it yet.
It was just sitting there.
Sooo.... the next thing I know I have another little book. This has Strathmore watercolor paper in it which I really hadn't meant to order at all. Such a little brain!
What am I going to do with all the journals I keep making? I really can't use them up fast enough. I just love DOING the binding! And this is only one of two possiblities she outlines.
Oh, dear.
